WILLISTON CITIZEN OF THE YEAR: LIBRARY MANAGER JO CRIDER
 "...WHEREAS, Mrs. Jo Crider ... continues to honor her country and community in both church and civic activities such as preparing prison packages and participating in other outreach programs; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Jo Crider has been the Librarian for the Town of Williston’s Library for 14 years in which she has touched many children and adults’ lives by facilitating and giving them the opportunity to expand their reading endeavors; and
NOW THEREFORE, I, THOMAS R. RIVERS, Mayor of Williston, South Carolina, do proclaim Mrs. Jo Crider as Citizen of the Year for 2011."
