Digital Library Card Application – ABBE Regional Library System

The eCard grants access to digital resources, such as Hoopla and Cloud Library. The eCard does not allow you to place holds on items in the library catalog, check out physical items, or use a library computer. Only those that live, work, attend school, or pay property taxes in Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell, or Edgefield counties and do not have an ABBE library card are eligible.
